About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager – Polymers to drive business growth across India, Southeast Asia and selected Central Asian/Middle Eastern markets for a leading global specialty chemicals organization.
The role will focus on polymer products used in high-value industrial applications , including Polymer-Modified Bitumen (PMB) and paving applications.
This is a highly commercial role with a strong technical element — approximately 70% commercial and 30% technical — ideal for professionals who combine strong B2B sales capabilities with a sound understanding of polymers, specialty chemicals or related products.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales plans in line with global and regional business strategies.




- Drive sales and business development across assigned markets and key accounts.
- Develop strategic account plans to maximize revenue and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic buyers, technical stakeholders and key influencers within customer organizations.
- Understand customer requirements, end-use applications and product value propositions.
- Manage commercial activities including pricing, negotiations, contracts, product transitions and special commercial arrangements .
- Develop and manage a healthy pipeline of projects and business opportunities.
- Identify recent customers, applications and incremental business opportunities.
- Work closely with R&D;, Product Management, Marketing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality and Customer Service to address customer requirements and develop solutions.
