Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify recent business opportunities through cross-selling of banking products such as home loans, housing finance, insurance sales, LAP loans, mortgage loans etc.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets by acquiring new customers and increasing revenue growth.
- Develop strong understanding of market trends in BFSI sector to stay ahead in the competition.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in banking sales or related field (BFSI).
- Strong knowledge of various types of loans including home loans, housing finance, insurance sales etc.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and relationship management.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
