Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential risks and opportunities for the organization.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive credit underwriting policies, procedures, and guidelines to mitigate identified risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective risk management strategies and monitor their effectiveness.
- Provide expert advice on credit risk assessment, risk analysis, and portfolio management to senior leadership.
Job Requirements :
- 7-10 years of experience in banking or finance industry with a focus on credit underwriting or risk analysis.
- Solid understanding of financial markets, instruments, and regulations (e.g., Basel II).
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful risk management strategies.
- Advanced knowledge of statistical modeling techniques applied to credit risk assessment.
