Job Responsibilities -
- Check products for quality, damage, defects, size, color, and quantity.
- Verify products against online orders, SKU, product details, and specifications.
- Perform quality checks before packing and dispatch.
- Check whether the correct product is packed against the customer order.
- Identify defective, damaged, wrong, or missing items and report them.
- Maintain daily QC records and reports.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and operations teams to resolve quality issues.
- Check product labels, barcodes, and SKU details for accuracy.
Required Skills-
- Basic MS Excel and computer knowledge.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce operations and dispatch.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to identify errors and quality issues.
- Basic problem-solving skills.
- Qualification: Any Graduate must.
- Experience ( 6 months to 2 years ) in e-commerce, warehouse, QC is must.
