We are a growing Surat-based company running two businesses — Yash Imitation (wholesale imitation jewellery, B2B) and Givitas (D2C personalized gifting brand). We are looking for a Sales / E-commerce Executive to manage our online sales channels and convert incoming business leads.

This is an office-based, full time, long-term position at our Saroli office.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon Seller Central — listings, pricing, inventory, orders and returns
- Handle product uploads, order fulfilment and tracking updates on our Shopify D2C store
- Respond to and follow up on buyer leads from IndiaMART — calling, sharing catalogs, sending quotations and closing orders
- Coordinate with the packing and dispatch team to ensure orders go out on time
- Maintain daily sales and order reports in Excel
- Handle customer queries over call and WhatsApp, and resolve complaints and negative feedback
- Support B2B dealer follow-ups and repeat order generation
