Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executives to join our team.

- Roles & ResponsibilitiesAttend and assist customers in the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
- Explain product features, specifications, prices, and offers.
- Show products and help customers with product selection.
- Check product availability and coordinate with the store/warehouse team.
- Ensure the correct product and quantity are checked before handing over to the customer.
- Handle customer enquiries and follow up on pending orders.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper product display and showroom cleanliness.
- Coordinate with Cashier and Store Manager for smooth billing and order processing.




- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Follow company rules, sales procedures, and store policies.
- RequirementsGood communication and customer-handling skills.
- Sales-oriented and positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
- Retail/counter sales experience will be an advantage.
