1. Lead Qualification & Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound lead interactions.

• Qualify leads based on customer requirements, budget, and decision-making authority.

• Maintain accurate lead data in CRM.

• Ensure timely follow-up with all assigned leads. 2. Customer Engagement Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct introductory calls and product/service pr

Key Responsibilities:

• Update customer interactions in CRM.

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

• Track lead status and pipeline movement.

3. Lead Conversion Support

Key Responsibilities:

• Share qualified leads with complete requirement details.

• Coordinate between prospects and sales team.

• Track lead progress through the sales funnel.
