Job Title: Urgent Hiring: Telesales Executive / Telecaller (Real Estate)

Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 / month + High Sales Commission/Incentives

- Job Role & ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential leads generated through online advertising.
- Pitch real estate residential and commercial properties to clients.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable land, flat, or commercial projects.
- Schedule site visits for potential buyers with our field sales team.
- Follow up regularly with leads to convert inquiries into site visits and sales.
- Maintain clean daily caller logs and lead details in Excel/CRM software.
- RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi (Knowledge of English is a plus).




- Basic knowledge of telephone etiquette and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with an interest in sales and real estate.
- Prior experience in real estate telesales, banking, or BPO is preferred (Freshers with strong communication skills welcome).
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
