Job Description

GK Infra & Developers is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can independently handle our digital presence and generate quality leads for our Construction & Redevelopment business. The candidate should be practical, creative and lead-generation focused, rather than only handling social media posting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the company's Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & Google Business Profile.

Create content for Construction, Redevelopment, Plotting and completed projects.

Create Reels, Posts, Stories, Carousels and short-form videos.

Create, manage & optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

Plan and execute lead generation campaigns.

Monitor campaign performance and track CPL, Leads, Reach, CTR and Conversion.

Prepare weekly / monthly marketing reports.

Conduct competitor research and market analysis.

Develop relevant content ideas for the construction industry.





Create marketing content using photos/videos taken during site visits.

Manage regular updates, photos, posts and reviews on Google Business Profile.

Coordinate on website / landing page content.

Coordinate with the sales team to get lead quality and conversion feedback.

Maintain marketing database and lead sources.

Develop organic + paid marketing strategy.

Important

A candidate who only does social media posting is not required. The candidate must have the ability to generate leads and deliver measurable results.

Qualification

Any Graduate / Digital Marketing Certification preferred

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month (experience & performance based)
