Job Opening: SBI General Insurance Branch Office Executive

We are currently seeking Graduate Freshers to join SBI General Insurance on direct payroll. This position offers a monthly in-hand salary of 13.5k and is based in Ganjam or Kandhamahal branches.

Key Responsibilities

- Interact with walk-in customers at SBI branch office
- Communicate and pitch SBI Health insurance products to customers
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue current business opportunities
- Conduct product training and demonstrations for customers
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives
- Occasionally visit client locations for product information and deal closure

Please note that this is not a field sales job, but an in-house role at the SBI branch office. However,



occasional visits to client locations may be required for product information and deal closure.

RequirementsRequirements:

1. Age Criteria: 18 yrs-27 yrs
2. Educational Qualification: Graduates (Tech, Non-Tech Both), +3 yrs Diploma, B.Voc
3. LLB/CA/Doctors/B.Ed/Integrated Courses are not eligible
4. Graduate Freshers can apply, as well as those with less than 1 year of experience and no PF
5. Good communication skills are required
6. Apprentices with contracts from other organizations are not eligible
7. Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply
8. 6 days working with 1 rotational week off
