About the RoleWe are looking for a Tele-Counsellor who can professionally handle calls with parents, students, and working professionals, understand their career-related concerns, and guide them toward the right career counselling solution.

- Key ResponsibilitiesAttend incoming and outgoing calls from parents, students, and working professionals.
- Understand their career goals, concerns, interests, and requirements.
- Explain our career guidance and counselling services clearly.
- Build trust and maintain a skilled relationship with prospects.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into counselling appointments.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.




- Coordinate with the career counsellor for scheduled sessions.
- RequirementsExcellent Hindi & English communication skills.
- Good listening, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and confidence while speaking on calls.
- Basic knowledge or interest in career guidance and education.
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
