Role overview

- Drive B2B sales and market penetration for industrial conveyors and restaurant automation.
- Build and manage dealer/distributor networks.
- Convert enquiries into orders through disciplined follow-ups and effective communication.

Key responsibilities

- Generate leads: cold calls, WhatsApp/email, LinkedIn, referrals, exhibitions, and local visits.
- Qualify customer needs and coordinate proposals with design/engineering/production.
- Follow up, negotiate and close orders.
- Onboard and activate dealers/distributors to expand reach.
- Maintain accurate pipeline reports, daily activity logs, and closure forecasts.

Required skills & experience





- 4–8 years B2B sales experience (industrial/engineering/automation preferred).
- Experience in dealer/distributor management and market penetration.
- Strong lead generation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Positive to fluent English.
- Target-driven, professional, and ethical (no overpromising).
