Job DescriptionWe are looking for an E-commerce Order Management Executive to manage the complete order lifecycle across online sales channels and coordinate with internal teams, warehouse teams, logistics partners and marketplace partners.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage and process daily orders received through E-commerce platforms, website and marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart.
- Ensure timely order booking, processing, dispatch and delivery as per defined SLAs.
- Track orders from booking to final delivery and maintain POD for delivered orders.
- Coordinate with warehouse, commercial, logistics and customer support teams for smooth order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory availability and coordinate for stock-related issues.
- Identify and resolve order discrepancies, pricing issues,



address issues and stock mismatches.
- Track shipments and proactively follow up on delayed deliveries.
- Manage returns, cancellations, exchanges and reverse logistics.
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports related to order volumes, delivery, fulfillment and SLA performance.
- Monitor order accuracy, on-time delivery and return rates.
- Identify operational issues and take corrective action to improve efficiency.
- Maintain proper records and ensure adherence to company SOPs and marketplace policies.
