JOB OPENING : Validation Engineer

Qualification & Validation Engineer with Experience: 3–6 Years

Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Mechatronics / Electrical Engineering

Industry: Pharmaceutical / Packaging / FMCG Machinery

- Job ResponsibilitiesManage qualification projects as per customer requirements and prepare the Qualification Master Plan (QMP).
- Conduct and document PFMEA / Risk Assessment for machines.
- Prepare and execute FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, DQ, CSV and VAT protocols and reports.
- Record, investigate, and follow up on deviations during qualification activities.
- Coordinate with customers and internal project teams on qualification matters.
- Maintain qualification documents, test records, and document status lists.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, EMA and applicable pharmaceutical requirements.




- Understand electrical/pneumatic diagrams and have basic knowledge of PLC, HMI and sensors.
- Support technical changes and update FMEA/qualification documentation accordingly.
- Candidate Requirements3–6 years of experience in Validation / Qualification, preferably in Pharma, Pharmaceutical Machinery, Packaging, or FMCG.
- Hands-on experience with FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, DQ, QMP, VMP and PFMEA.
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and GMP requirements.
- Solid communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Willingness to travel to customer/project sites.
