We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Used Car Loan Executive who will assist customers in securing vehicle loans. The role involves handling leads, coordinating with banks/NBFCs, collecting documentation, and ensuring a smooth loan processing experience while representing Wisedrive professionally.

- Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential customers for used car loans
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation
- Collect and verify required customer documents
- Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan approvals and status tracking
- Act as a single point of contact between customer and lender
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding loan progress
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and closures
- Ensure smooth and timely loan processing
- Deliver excellent customer experience and build trust

Required Skills:

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills




- Understanding and Experience of loan/finance process (preferred)
- Good follow-up and coordination ability
- Problem-solving and customer handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM tools)
