Role OverviewWe are looking for reliable and energetic Delivery Executives to manage last-mile order fulfillment across Malad East. You will operate out of our local distribution center, ensuring that packages reach customers safely and on time. This role is crucial for maintaining smooth logistics operations and ensuring high customer satisfaction in neighborhoods like Kurar, Dindoshi, and Pushpa Park.

- Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Fulfillment: Pick up assigned packages from the distribution hub, organize your route, and execute accurate deliveries within the 400097 pin code.
- App Navigation & Updates: Use the dedicated rider mobile application to navigate to locations, update delivery statuses in real-time, and log your daily attendance using live photo verification.
- Payment Collection: Securely collect Cash on Delivery (COD) payments (cash or UPI) and reconcile the daily collections with the center manager at the end of your shift.
- Customer Service: Maintain a qualified and polite demeanor during doorstep handovers to ensure a positive customer experience.




- Requirements & QualificationsVehicle & Documents: Must possess a personal two-wheeler (motorcycle or scooter) with a valid driving license, RC book, and active insurance.
- Tech Readiness: An Android smartphone with a working data connection to run the necessary delivery and attendance applications.
- Local Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the streets, traffic patterns, and residential complexes of Malad East.
- Documentation: PAN card, Aadhar card, and active bank account details for payout processing.
- Experience: Previous experience in e-commerce last-mile delivery is preferred, but freshers with a strong work ethic are welcome.
