Job title: Consultant – Face to face fundraising Location – Delhi

We are looking for passionate and confident communicators to join our Face-to-Face

Fundraising team. You will engage with people in public spaces, inspire them with

Breakthrough’s mission, and motivate them to become our donors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Approach potential donors in public, commercial and corporate spaces.

• Present Breakthrough’s work clearly and passionately.

• Inspire individuals to contribute.

• Achieve individual fundraising targets.

• Represent Breakthrough professionally and uphold our values.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude, confidence, and resilience.

• Freshers are welcome;experience in fundraising/sales/hospitality is an added

advantage.

• Willingness to work outdoors and as part of a agile team.
