Quality Control (QC) Chemist / Plastic Testing Technician
Key Responsibilities
- MFI Testing: Perform Melt Flow Index (MFI) tests to measure the flow rate and viscosity of plastic granules.
- Material Testing: Conduct physical and chemical tests (such as moisture, density, and strength checks) to ensure raw material quality.
- Documentation: Record test data accurately and issue Certificates of Analysis (CoA).
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain, calibrate, and clean laboratory testing instruments.
- Quality Control: Identify and report batch defects or non-conformities to the production team.
