Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Key Account Manager – BFSI to drive business growth across the Indian domestic market .
The role will focus on new business acquisition, farming of existing projects, strategic account management, account expansion, and revenue growth across Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance organizations.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & New Client Acquisition
- Drive recent business development across the Indian BFSI market .
- Identify and acquire new logos across banks, insurance companies, NBFCs, fintechs, and financial institutions.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through networking,



referrals, industry connects, and consultative selling.
- Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Achieve assigned revenue and business development targets.

Existing Account Farming & Growth
- Farm existing projects and accounts to identify opportunities for additional business and revenue growth.
- Develop strong relationships with existing customers and understand their evolving business and technology requirements.
- Identify cross-sell, up-sell, and expansion opportunities within ongoing projects and accounts.
- Expand existing engagements into new business units, functions, applications, and technology areas.
- Drive renewals, extensions, additional scope, and new projects within existing accounts.
