Role & responsibilities :
- New Product Development
- Solid knowledge of flexible packaging films Recipe and polymer technology.
- Hands-on understanding of BOPP/BOPET/CPP/PE film manufacturing and applications.
- Understanding of extrusion, film stretching/orientation technologies.
- Knowledge of surface treatment technologies such as corona treatment.
- Strong knowledge of film testing and characterization techniques.
- Knowledge of barrier, sealability, adhesion, optical and mechanical properties.
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, technical documentation and product specifications.
