Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inside sales activities and engage with customers within the office.

- Collect billing details and ensure the process is smooth from order to delivery.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or Graduate in Engineering/Science.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably in a product-based or instrument-based organization.
- Solid communication skills and the ability to manage customer inquiries and requirements effectively.
