About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in Customer Support, BPO, or a similar customer-facing role, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, chats, or other communication channels.
- Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
- Understand customer requirements and resolve issues effectively.
- Follow company policies, processes, and service standards.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams when required to resolve customer issues.
- Meet assigned performance and customer service targets.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support, BPO,



Telecalling, or a similar role.
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive listening skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to handle customers professionally, patiently, and confidently.

Preferred Skills

- Prior experience in an international or domestic BPO/customer support process.
- Good command of English and professional communication.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
