nRole Overview
nWe are looking for an experienced QA Lead to drive the QA strategy for a complex enterprise modernization programme, covering functional, API, integration, UI, performance, reliability, and regression testing.
nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Define and lead the overall QA strategy and test approach.n
- Drive automation coverage using Playwright, Cypress, and/or Selenium.n
- Lead REST API automation and contract testing.n
- Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and quality gates.n
- Manage defect governance, QA metrics, and release-readiness.n
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, DevOps, and Business teams.n

nMust Have
n
- n
- 8+ years of QA/testing experience with strong QA Lead exposure.n
- Hands-on experience with Playwright/Cypress/Selenium.n
- Strong REST API automation and contract testing experience.n
- Experience with CI/CD, quality gates, regression and integration testing.n
- Robust defect management and release-readiness experience.n

nGood to Have: .NET, React, Industrial/IoT platform experience.
