- Support the execution of audit engagements under the supervision of Audit Managers, Senior Managers, and Partners.n
- Perform detailed audit procedures, testing, and documentation in accordance with firm methodology and auditing standards.n
- Prepare, review, and maintain high-quality audit workpapers and supporting documentation.n
- Coordinate with U.S. engagement teams to obtain audit requirements, clarify client requests, and ensure timely completion of assigned work.n
- Develop a robust understanding of client operations, business processes, and industry-specific risks.n
- Identify audit issues, exceptions, and control deficiencies and communicate findings to engagement leadership.n
- Monitor progress against engagement timelines and proactively communicate status updates and potential risks.n
- Provide guidance, coaching, and day-to-day support to Audit Associates and newer team members.n
- Participate in the review of associate-level workpapers to ensure completeness, accuracy,



and compliance with firm standards.n
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.n
- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.n
- Stay current with auditing standards, accounting principles, firm policies, and regulatory requirements.n
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance audit quality, efficiency, and team effectiveness.n
