Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in recruitment for Sales Hiring, Executive Hiring, BPO Hiring
• Source candidates through job portals and social networking platforms
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain recruitment data and reports using MS Excel
Preferred candidate profile
- Good command over English communication
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Email, Data Search)
• Robust interpersonal and coordination skills
