Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with vendors daily for material readiness and dispatch status.
- Record vendor delay reasons and expected material readiness dates.
- Confirm pickup address, contact person, material weight, dimensions and number of packages.
- Arrange pickup immediately after vendor confirmation by coordinating with the appropriate courier, transporter or vehicle vendor.
- Coordinate vehicle placement and ensure timely pickup and delivery.
- Align with warehouse teams for material receiving, dispatch and stock movement.
- Track all shipments until final delivery and share timely status updates.
- Follow up for POD and ensure closure within the required timeline.
- Coordinate reverse pickups, material returns and RTO shipments.
- Maintain vendor follow-up, pickup, delivery and POD records in SAP and Excel.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Operations, Warehouse, Accounts and Sales teams.
- Escalate vendor, transporter and delivery delays to the concerned team on time.
- Ensure all dispatch documents, invoices, e-way bills and transporter details are available before pickup.

Required Skills




- Strong vendor follow-up and coordination skills.
- Positive communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of logistics, courier, transport and vehicle arrangement.
- Basic working knowledge of SAP and MS Excel.
- Good problem-solving and escalation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously.

- Timely vendor follow-up and material readiness updates.
- Pickup arrangement within 30 minutes of vendor readiness confirmation.
- On-time pickup and delivery performance.
- Accurate shipment tracking and reporting.
- Timely POD collection and closure.
- Reduction in vendor and transporter delays.
- Proper escalation and coordination without follow-up gaps.
