Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior sales professional to drive business growth for our Biometric Access Control portfolio in India. The ideal candidate must have deep domain knowledge, strong customer relationships, and a proven track record of building and managing large enterprise/government accounts, channel partners, and global access control alliances.

Responsibilities

- Lead India sales for Biometric Access Control solutions; own revenue and market expansion.
- Drive recent business in enterprise, government, infrastructure, BFSI, IT/ITES, and manufacturing sectors.
- Build and manage relationships with CXO-level decision makers (CIO/CSO/CISO/Security Directors).
- Grow and enable partner ecosystem including system integrators, distributors, and global AC partners.
- Lead consultative/solution selling, RFP responses, PoCs, and large project closures.
- Deliver accurate forecasts, pipeline management, and structured QBRs.
- Coordinate with product, engineering, and marketing to meet customer requirements.




- Provide competitive insights and influence product roadmap.

Requirements

- 15 years of sales experience in Biometrics, Access Control, Identity Management, or Physical Security.
- Strong domain knowledge of access control hardware/software, integration platforms, and security ecosystems.
- Established relationships with enterprise customers, government departments, and SI/OEM partners.
- Proven ability to close large complex deals and manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, planning, and customer management skills.
- Self-driven, strategic thinker, and capable of leading teams.
- Willingness to travel across India.
