Role: AI Delivery Lead

Location: Bangalore/ Noida

Notice Period: 30 Days

Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in project delivery, program management, consulting, technology implementation, or digital transformation.
- Solid experience managing enterprise-scale implementation projects involving multiple business and technology stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in client-facing delivery leadership, including executive communication and stakeholder management.
- Solid understanding of AI, automation, data platforms, analytics, enterprise applications, or digital transformation programs.
- Experience managing Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery models.
- Strong knowledge of project governance, delivery reporting, risk and issue management, scope control, and change management.
- Ability to work with technical teams and translate complex solution concepts into clear business communication.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing distributed or global delivery teams.




- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience delivering Agentic AI, Generative AI, intelligent automation, machine learning, or data-driven transformation programs.
- Manufacturing domain expertise, especially in one or more of the following areas: production operations, supply chain, procurement, quality management, maintenance, inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics, or ERP-enabled transformation.
- Experience with platforms such as Microsoft Azure AI, AWS, Google Cloud, SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or enterprise data platforms.
- Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI, security, privacy, and compliance considerations.
- PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, Agile, or similar certification.
- Consulting or professional services experience is highly desirable.
