Key Responsibilities

1. Bid Planning & Strategy

- Lead the initial Prospect Qualification (Bid/No-Bid analysis) alongside senior management to ensure alignment with business strengths and profitability targets.
- Analyze complex solicitation documents (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs) to extract technical, commercial, compliance, and formatting requirements.
- Develop a tailored win strategy and unique selling propositions (USPs) for each high-value tender.

2. End-to-End Proposal Project Management

- Create and manage detailed bid project timelines, setting clear milestone schedules and responsibilities.
- Assemble and coordinate multidisciplinary bid teams, including Sales, Product, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Facilitate regular bid review meetings (e.g., pink, red, and gold team reviews) to identify gaps, resolve issues, and ensure strict deadline compliance.

3. Content Development & Quality Control

- Oversee the generation of compelling bid content, including executive summaries, case studies, technical sections, and value propositions.




- Edit and refine input from technical teams to ensure a consistent tone of voice, clarity, and persuasive narrative flow across the entire final document.
- Perform rigorous quality and compliance checks to confirm that the layout, messaging, and answers address the evaluator's criteria precisely.

4. Commercial Alignment & Post-Submission Support

- Collaborate with Finance and Pricing teams to support margin optimization and develop competitive pricing structures that align with the bid strategy.
- Coordinate with Legal and Compliance teams to review terms, mitigate operational risks, and draft exceptions if necessary.
- Support the commercial team with post-submission activities, including responding to clarification questions, preparing final pitch presentations, and handling contract handovers.
- Conduct thorough win/loss debriefs and post-bid analyses to continually refine internal processes, update templates, and maintain the proposal knowledge base library.
