Job Title: Project Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain a centralized software platform that brings all business reports, dashboards, and operational tools under one roof. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the complete software development lifecycle, including front-end development, back-end architecture, database management, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.

The candidate should be capable of building scalable, secure, and user-friendly applications while collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver efficient solutions. In the future, the role will also involve developing and enhancing CRM solutions and client-facing portals.

Key Responsibilities

Software Development

-Design and develop a centralized web-based platform for reports, dashboards, and business operations.

-Build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using modern technologies.

-Develop clean, reusable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.

-Create responsive and intuitive user interfaces.

-Use AI coding assistants (Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor) to accelerate your development velocity

Front-End Development

-Develop user-friendly and interactive dashboards.

-Ensure responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

-Improve user experience (UX) and application performance.

Back-End Development

-Design and maintain server-side applications and APIs.

-Build secure authentication and authorization systems.

-Manage databases, data integration, and business logic.

-Optimize application performance and scalability.

Dashboard & Reporting

-Develop dynamic dashboards and reporting modules.

-Integrate multiple data sources into a single platform.

-Automate report generation and visualization.

-Ensure data accuracy and real-time availability.

Quality Assurance & Testing

-Perform unit testing, integration testing, and system testing.

-Identify and resolve bugs before deployment.

-Ensure software reliability,



security, and performance.

CRM Development (Future Scope)

-Design and develop a customized CRM system based on business requirements.

-Build modules for customer management, sales, support, workflow automation, and reporting.

-Enhance CRM functionality as business needs evolve.

Client Interface & Integration

-Develop secure client-facing portals.

-Integrate third-party applications and APIs where required.

-Ensure smooth communication between internal systems and client platforms.

Database Management

-Design and maintain relational or My SQL databases.

-Ensure data security, backup, and recovery.

-Optimize database performance.

Deployment & Maintenance

-Deploy applications to production environments.

-Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues.

-Provide ongoing enhancements, upgrades, and technical support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

-Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

-4+ years of professional software engineering experience building web applications with both frontend and backend responsibilities

-Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js.

-Strong knowledge of back-end technologies such as Node.js, .NET, Java, Python, or PHP.

-Comfort with TypeScript and modern frontend tooling.

-Uses AI tools in daily development workflow — Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent for coding, debugging, and scaffolding.

-Experience with SQL and MySQL databases.

-Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations.

-Experience with cloud platforms and deployment processes.

-Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.





-Strong understanding of software architecture, security, and scalability.

-Experience in testing and debugging applications.

-Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

-Experience in building Business Intelligence dashboards.

-Experience in developing CRM systems.

-Knowledge of UI/UX best practices.

-Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.

-Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.

-Prior experience at a startup or early-stage company where you shipped features across the full stack with minimal handholding.
