- Job ResponsibilitiesLead and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Recruit, train, and mentor current team members.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Develop sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure excellent customer service and compliance with company policies.
- EligibilityGraduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in sales, insurance, banking, telecom, or financial services.
- Team handling experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
