Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and skilled Multi-Cuisine Chef with minimum 5 years of professional kitchen experience. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Indian, Chinese, Tandoor, and Continental cuisines and be able to independently manage kitchen operations and maintain food quality.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook Indian, Chinese, Tandoor, and Continental dishes.
- Maintain consistent taste, quality, presentation, and portion control.
- Handle daily kitchen operations and coordinate with other kitchen staff.
- Prepare mise en place and ensure timely food preparation.
- Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness, and food-safety standards.
- Monitor food stock and minimize wastage.
- Check the quality and freshness of ingredients.
- Follow standard recipes and kitchen procedures.
- Manage food preparation during busy service hours.




- Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required.
- Maintain cleanliness of cooking equipment, workstations, and storage areas.
- Assist in menu planning and development of new dishes.
- Required SkillsMinimum 5 years of experience as a Chef.
- Strong knowledge of Indian, Chinese, Tandoor & Continental cuisine.
- Good cooking and plating skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
- Good teamwork and time-management skills.
- Ability to control food wastage and maintain kitchen discipline.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
