Inside Sales Executive – WhatsApp & B2B SalesMonarch Surgical Industries is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries and convert qualified leads into confirmed orders.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming enquiries received through WhatsApp, website, social media and other sources.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Share product details, catalogues, images, videos and specifications with customers.
- Prepare and send quotations and Proforma Invoices.
- Follow up regularly with customers on pending quotations and enquiries.
- Negotiate professionally within approved pricing guidelines and work towards closing orders.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed sales.
- Maintain proper records of leads, quotations, follow-ups and order status.
- Coordinate with management, production, accounts and dispatch teams when required.




- Build skilled relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, dealers and other B2B customers.
- Candidate RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales or Business Development.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Comfortable handling customers through WhatsApp and phone calls.
- Knowledge of preparing quotations and working with MS Excel.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation and sales-closing skills.
- Experience in medical equipment, healthcare products, manufacturing or B2B sales will be preferred.

This is an office-based, full-time role in Okhla Industrial Area, New Delhi. We are looking for a sales-oriented candidate who can take ownership of customer enquiries and actively work towards converting them into orders.
