- Position 1: HDO EngineerJob ResponsibilitiesInstall and activate Airtel Xstream Fiber broadband connections at customer premises.
- Install and configure Wi-Fi routers, ONT/ONU and related broadband equipment.
- Perform fiber cable testing, troubleshooting and fault rectification.
- Identify and resolve connectivity and signal-related issues.
- Conduct installation, maintenance and service activities as per assigned jobs.
- Interact professionally with customers and ensure a smooth installation experience.
- Complete daily field activities and update job status through the required application/system.
- Follow Airtel's technical, safety and quality standards.
- Eligibility & RequirementsQualification: ITI / Diploma / 10+2+3 / Graduate.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply; broadband, DTH, telecom or cable-network experience preferred.
- Two-wheeler & Valid Driving Licence: Mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of fiber broadband, networking and Wi-Fi configuration preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to work in field locations across Bhubaneswar.
- Age: Preferably up to 35 years.

WiremanJob ResponsibilitiesAssist in Airtel Xstream Fiber broadband installation at customer locations.
- Perform fiber cable laying, routing and basic wiring activities.
- Assist engineers with ONT/ONU and Wi-Fi router installation.
- Support cable connection, equipment setup and basic troubleshooting.
- Ensure proper handling of tools and installation materials.
- Follow technical and safety procedures during field activities.
- Coordinate with the HDO Engineer for timely completion of assigned jobs.
- Maintain professional behaviour while interacting with customers.
- Eligibility & RequirementsQualification: 10th / 12th / ITI preferred.
- Experience: Freshers can apply; experience in electrical work, broadband, DTH, telecom or cable installation will be an advantage.
- Two-wheeler & Driving Licence: Preferred / as per project requirement.
- Basic knowledge of wiring and electrical work.
- Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor field work.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
- Age: Preferably up to 35 years.
