About the Role:
We're looking for an HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end hiring — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment as per project/client requirements.
- Source candidates via job portals, social media & references
- Screen resumes & conduct initial interviews
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Follow up & close offers
- Handle onboarding documentation
Skills Required:
- Positive communication skills
- Basic MS Excel/Word knowledge
- Prior recruitment experience
- Strong knowledge of profile search on job portals.
- Good exposure to job posting platforms like Apna, Indeed, Jobhai, Naukri, LinkedIn
- Knowledge of social hiring will be an added advantage.
