Inside Sales Executive – High Ticket SalesAbout the RoleWe are looking for a high-performing Sales Closer / Inside Sales Executive to join our team and help us enroll students into our 3-month online Digital Marketing Program.

You will primarily work with warm and qualified leads generated through our marketing channels. Your responsibility will be to understand the prospect's goals, explain how the program can help them, handle objections, follow up consistently, and close the enrollment.

- Key ResponsibilitiesContact and follow up with warm leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand the prospect's background, goals, challenges, and requirements.
- Conduct sales calls and effectively present our 3-month Digital Marketing Program.
- Build trust and create a strong connection with prospects.
- Handle objections related to price, time, trust, results, and decision-making.
- Follow up with interested prospects and move them through the sales process.
- Convert qualified leads into paid enrollments.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales records in the CRM.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales team to improve lead-to-enrollment conversion.
- Continuously improve sales pitches, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Requirements1+ year of experience in sales / inside sales / telesales / high-ticket sales preferred.
- Experience selling courses, coaching programs, education programs, digital marketing services, or other high-ticket products is a strong advantage.




- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable speaking with prospects over the phone.
- Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
- Ability to follow up consistently without being pushy.
- Positive Hindi and English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, or similar tools.

CompensationFixed Salary + Attractive Incentives/Commission
