Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic Telecaller for our Personal Loan process to handle outbound calling and generate leads.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to customers for Personal Loan requirements.
2. Explain Personal Loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and offers.
3. Generate leads and forward qualified leads to the sales team.
4. Follow up with existing customers and maintain call records.
5. Achieve daily/monthly calling and conversion targets.
6. Maintain the customer database in CRM / Excel sheet
7. Handle customer queries politely and professionally.

Required Skills:

- Valuable communication skills in Tamil, English
- Basic knowledge of Personal Loans / Banking products
- Convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge - MS Excel, CRM
- Target-oriented and self-motivated

Other Requirements:

- Immediate joiners preferred
- Comfortable with voice process / telecalling
- No field work - only office-based calling
