We are looking for a Social Media Manager for Growthmak, a growth company based in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, in office role.

What you will do:

- Handle our Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X accounts
- Shoot videos of the founders, team, office, and client work
- Edit reels and videos using CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools
- Design posts and carousels using Canva
- Plan a content calendar and post regularly
- Reply to comments and messages, and grow the community
- Track followers, engagement, and reach, and report the numbers

What we are looking for:

- 0-2 years of experience creating social media content
- Must know how to shoot and edit videos yourself
- Must know Canva or a similar design tool
- Good understanding of Instagram — bonus if you also know LinkedIn, YouTube, or X
- Should be based in Bengaluru and able to work from the office daily
- Should have a page, portfolio, or account you can show us
