Job Responsibilities of HR Executive

- Implement effective sourcing, screening of candidates as per requirements from time to time.
- Actively involved in Daily operations of the HR department.
- Helping out in hiring, training coordination, documentation, leave management and other HR activities.
- Onboarding of current joiners including documentation.
- Good knowledge of sourcing candidates and portal usage.
- Involved in making joining/attrition reports , tracking uniform usage and employee data management

Key Requirements

- Should have prior experience within HR domain
- Good knowledge of HRIS Systems and Recruitment
- People oriented and results driven.
