* Handle walk-in customers and assist them with product selection and basic queries.

* Prepare customer bills and maintain daily billing records.

* Handle cash/UPI payments when required.

* Check product availability and coordinate with the warehouse team.

* Assist with order processing, picking and packing.

* Regularly check physical stock and help maintain inventory records.

* Update stock and other basic information in Excel/Google Sheets.

* Identify low-stock or missing items and report them.

* Keep the store/warehouse counter organised.

* Perform other basic store and operational activities as required.
