Tele Sales Executive – Interior CompanyLocation: Kadugodi, Bangalore

Experience: 0–2 years

Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 + Incentives

Incentive: ₹2,000–₹4,000 per successful closure

Job Responsibilities:

- Call and follow up with leads generated through marketing.
- Understand customer requirements for home interiors.
- Explain our interior services, packages and pricing.
- Schedule site visits and appointments.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into bookings.
- Maintain daily call and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the sales and interior design team.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

- Positive communication skills in English, Kannada and Hindi.
- Confident and polite while speaking with customers.
- Sales/telecalling experience preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Target-oriented and willing to learn.

Working Hours: 8–10 hours/day

Working Days: 6 days/week

Incentives: ₹2,000–₹4,000 for every successful project closure.
