- Manage daily warehouse operations and staff.
- Supervise loading, unloading, and material movement.
- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock checks.
- Ensure proper storage and protected handling of tiles.
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Logistics, and Accounts teams.
- Verify materials received and dispatched.
- Monitor delivery preparation and ensure timely dispatch.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and discipline.
- Report stock shortages, damages, and discrepancies to management.
