? Who Can Apply?

- Minimum 12th / Higher Secondary Pass
- Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
- Positive basic communication skills in English & Hindi
- Candidates should have clear speech with no major MTI
- Customer-focused and service-oriented attitude
- No planned leave during the first 3 months after joining

? Job Responsibilities :

- Handle customer queries through voice calls
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
- Deliver a positive and professional customer experience
- Follow company processes, policies, and quality standards

? Salary Package

Freshers

- CTC: ₹2,05,830 per annum
- Approx. Take-Home: ₹12,442/month

Experienced Candidates

- CTC: ₹2,30,530 per annum
- Approx. Take-Home: ₹14,501/month
- Minimum 12 months of BPO experience required

? Working Hours:

- 5 working days per week
- 2 rotational weekly offs
- 10-hour shift including a 1-hour break
- Operations shifts between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM
