Open Positions : Team Member (Service staff /Counter Handler / Team Member) , Barista
1. Service Staff
- Greet and serve guests.
- Take and deliver orders.
- Maintain table and service area cleanliness.
- Handle guest queries.
- Follow service and hygiene standards.
2. Counter Staff
- Handle orders and billing.
- Manage different counters
- Operate POS and manage payments.
- Assist guests at the counter.
- Maintain counter cleanliness.
- Follow cash-handling procedures.
3. Barista / Beverage Handler
- Prepare coffee and beverages as per SOP.
- Maintain taste, quality, and presentation.
- Operate and clean beverage equipment.
- Maintain beverage stock.
- Follow hygiene and safety standards.
