About the RoleGen Proces is looking for a Digital Content & Business Development Executive who can help grow our brand, generate student leads, and increase awareness of our AI workshops, internships, and courses.

This role combines digital content creation, social media marketing, lead generation, and business development.

- Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Content & Brand PromotionCreate engaging content for Gen Proces' Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Develop short-form videos, reels, posts, educational content, and promotional content related to AI.
- Promote Gen Proces workshops, internships, courses, and student projects.
- Coordinate with trainers to convert technical topics into engaging student-friendly content.
- Maintain a consistent and professional brand presence across social media.
- Track content performance and identify what generates the most engagement and leads.
- Lead Generation & Business DevelopmentGenerate leads from students and educational institutions through digital channels.
- Promote upcoming AI workshops, internships, and courses.
- Respond to student enquiries and explain program details.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Maintain and update the lead database.




- Identify opportunities to increase student registrations.
- Support the business development process from lead generation → follow-up → registration.
- Build relationships with student communities, college clubs, and relevant educational networks.
- Ideal CandidateExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with students and explaining programs.
- Interest in AI, technology, education, and digital marketing.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Canva, and video/content creation tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to create engaging content.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working with targets.
- Previous experience in digital marketing, content creation, sales, or business development is preferred.
