About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating and converting leads, understanding clients' property requirements, presenting suitable projects, and driving successful property transactions.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and follow up on leads generated through various marketing and business channels.
- Understand customers' requirements, preferences, and budgets to recommend suitable properties.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, amenities, locations, and investment opportunities to prospective clients.
- Arrange and conduct site visits with prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle.
- Convert qualified leads into EOIs, bookings, and successful sales transactions.
- Regularly follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with builders, channel partners, and internal teams for smooth transaction closure.
- Negotiate effectively with clients while maintaining company and project guidelines.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, new projects, competitor offerings, pricing, and developments in Delhi NCR.
- Prepare and share regular sales reports and updates with the reporting manager.
- Ensure a professional customer experience from initial enquiry to booking and post-sales coordination.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales, property sales, channel sales, or a similar sales role.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
- Candidates should be comfortable with client meetings and site visits.
