Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Accountant / Accounts Executive to manage accounting and financial activities within the air cargo and logistics operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience and a good understanding of accounting processes, documentation, and logistics-related transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities and financial transactions.
- Maintain sales, purchase, expense, receipt, and payment records.
- Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment documentation.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Maintain ledgers and assist with bank reconciliation.
- Verify invoices and supporting documents related to cargo and logistics operations.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and logistics teams regarding billing and payments.
- Track outstanding payments and follow up with customers when required.
- Maintain accurate records of freight, transportation, and service-related expenses.




- Prepare accounting reports and provide financial updates to management.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial and logistics documents.
- Support audits and other finance-related requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 3 Years
- English: Intermediate English
- Preferred Industries: Infrastructure & Transport, Logistics, Trade & Commerce
