Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to connect with prospective students, understand their career goals, and guide them towards suitable courses and programs. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, counselling, and lead-conversion skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students.
- Understand student requirements, career goals, and provide suitable course recommendations.
- Explain course details, curriculum, career opportunities, fees, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Convert qualified leads into successful admissions.
- Maintain and update lead and admission records in the CRM.
- Achieve assigned monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Build positive relationships with prospective and enrolled students.
- Coordinate with the academic and student support teams for smooth onboarding.




- Address student queries and provide timely support throughout the admission process.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling, convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Good customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Office, and communication tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in admissions, educational counselling, inside sales, tele-calling, or business development is preferred.
- Experience in the EdTech or education industry will be an added advantage.
