We are looking for a responsible and friendly Lady Shop Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our tailoring shop in Perumbakkam, Chennai.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage the daily operations of the tailoring shop.
- Welcome customers and understand their tailoring and alteration requirements.
- Take accurate measurements and record customer orders.
- Coordinate with tailors to ensure orders are completed on time.
- Follow up on pending and completed stitching orders.
- Handle customer queries and provide good customer service.
- Manage billing, order entries and basic cash handling.
- Maintain the shop, display area and customer records neatly.
- Coordinate delivery and collection of completed garments.
- Maintain valuable relationships with regular customers.




- Help promote the tailoring shop and encourage repeat customers.
- RequirementsFemale candidates preferred.
- Previous experience in a tailoring shop, boutique, fashion store or garment business is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of ladies' tailoring, measurements and alterations will be an advantage.
- Must be responsible, punctual and well-organised.
- Basic computer/mobile knowledge preferred.
- Ability to coordinate with tailors and manage multiple customer orders.
- Candidates living in or near Perumbakkam, Medavakkam, Sholinganallur, Sithalapakkam or nearby areas are preferred.
