Technician Requirement

•⁠ ⁠Education: Minimum 12th Pass, preferably technically educated.

•⁠ ⁠Technical Know-how: Basic knowledge of broadband/fiber installation, networking, wiring, router configuration and troubleshooting.

•⁠ ⁠Experience: Candidates with experience as Jio / Airtel Fiber technicians can be given preference.

•⁠ ⁠Requirements:

* Own bike is mandatory

* Smartphone required

* Valid driving licence preferred

•⁠ ⁠Area of Operation: Bhubaneswar — designated operational area to be assigned.

•⁠ ⁠Nature of Work: Jio Fiber / AirFiber installation, customer visits, troubleshooting, service support and related field activities.

Salary Structure

Skilled Technician

•⁠ ⁠₹15,000/month + incentives

•⁠ ⁠Candidates with prior Jio/Airtel technical experience preferred.

Unskilled / Helper

•⁠ ⁠₹8,000–₹10,000/month

•⁠ ⁠Will work under the skilled technician and can be trained on the job.
